Good afternoon We are from the city of Yekaterinburg. We rested in this sanatorium at the end of August 2023. (family of 4 people, 2 adults, a 9-year-old child and a baby). Wonderful place, very beautiful nature, very clean lake. The food is at the highest level, very tasty, large portions, variety of dishes (not a single dish was repeated in 10 days) + fruits. A big plus is visiting the pool at any time; we spent a lot of time in the water; there is also a sauna in the pool room. Free secure parking. I would like to express special gratitude to the animation team (Unfortunately, I didn’t remember all the names of Yulia, Ekaterina, Angelina) the child simply fell in love with them!!! The animators kept the children occupied 3 times a day for 1.5 hours (absolutely free) with various games and competitions in which even adults took part. The child is simply delighted; during his entire stay in this sanatorium he did not even pick up the phone. We also express our gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium, they are very friendly people. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!! wonderful vacation. I think we will come back here again.

I read a lot of negative reviews and was very worried before the trip. Our vacation ends, departure tomorrow, and I'm still at a loss. I like everything and I do not understand where the negative reviews come from. The rooms really need updating. We live in a standard room, but I would not call it ascetic. New clean linens, hot water, a private balcony, a new TV... We have no time to look for holes in the wallpaper, so the old renovation does not bother us at all. The room is very clean. The floor is clean even on the balcony and under the beds. The food is very tasty. Every day different soups, home cooked generously. A lot of seasonal vegetables, fruits and dairy products every day, their own pastries. Convenient food system and time, you only need to bring tea and bread yourself. Special thanks to the animators! Children are busy all day, events are held with soul and worthy scope. The guys give 100%. In the evenings, there are "candles" and bonfires, as in a children's camp. I read reviews about rough guarding. Well I do not know. The guards are discreet and polite. One of them helped me carry a SUP board to the beach. And also with me came visitors with a dog, which is strictly prohibited. They were correctly asked to leave and the phrase "thank you for understanding" sounded. Of the minuses, I would note the lack of drinking water in the rooms. Cooler on the first floor, not very convenient. And there the water is not purchased, I'm not used to drinking it. I think it is necessary to bring bottled water to the room every day, a bottle per person. Unfriendly employees in the game room and workshop. I didn't want to leave my child with them more than once. In general, the holiday turned out great! Thank you for the hospitality! I wish you prosperity and a speedy completion of the reconstruction!

Stayed here for 10 nights. The road leading up to the place is rediculously terrible...very bad even by Russian road standards. More holes than usable roadway. Room was very old and very outdated. Floors were dirty and weren’t adequately cleaned for the duration of the stay. The old Soviet rug on the floor had months and months of dust and dirt on it. Bathroom tiles were cracked with black mold growing all around the bottom half of the walls of the shower. Bathroom continuously smelled like sewage. Bugs were found crawling around the bathroom every day. Woke up multiple nights to the sound of a mouse/mice in the corner of the room squeaking. Moved the refrigerator to find mouse feces all over the floor in the corner of the room and between the wood flooring. Never found the mouse. Television sometimes wouldn’t turn on(all rooms apparently have 20+ year old tube televisions). Windows and door to the balcony were very old and not secure. No air conditioning so the windows must be open at all times so mosquitos are welcomed in during the evening/night. At night you can hear EVERYTHING...your neighbors, people talking outside, and people having loud sex somewhere on the property for 3 hours early in the morning(yes that really happened). The food was generally terrible. Occasionally we were served something decent but usually it was very basic cooked vegetables, buckwheat, bread. The dining room staff were fast and good but the food was below average. I repeatedly put up the “please clean room” sign on my door and after 5 days of nothing being cleaned they finally partially cleaned the room. Had to ask for clean towels and sheets(they only do them once every 5 days I guess...you have to pay extra for clean sheets otherwise). The resort lacks activities and things to do. There are tours offered by a 3rd party which are nice but of course come at an additional cost. There is a restaurant next to the resort that can be visited. The prices were relatively high but the food was all really good. The only redeeming quality of this resort is the lake...the water is crystal clear, the view is beautiful...it’s the nicest lake I’ve ever visited. There’s almost no beach-front area on the lake like what was portrayed in some photos. You’ll need to travel to the village next to the lake for a good beach area. The surrounding cities of Miass and Zlatoust are interesting old towns with not a lot to do but worthy of a visit and are intriguing. The only challenge was getting to them...taxi apps don’t work at the resort as it’s outside the service territory. So we had to walk 30 or so minutes to the main road and pace around for phone signal to get a taxi. Phone service at the resort is hit/miss and the only place there that had WiFi was the main lobby. Not a big problem since it’s a vacation but WiFi in all the rooms isn’t much to ask for in 2018. The resort building isn’t well-maintained...lots of loose or broken tiles on the floor and stairs. Elevators are old and crude. They would often go to the basement floor rather than the desired floor. The owner of this resort is clearly lining their pockets with the profits of the people staying here rather than putting any of it back into maintenance, updates, and improvements like any good businessperson would. But for some reason people continue to vacation here and strangely the place has a lot of positive reviews, but I can say after visiting another Russian resort at a comparable price point before, this place is an absolute joke and waste of time. I would highly recommend visiting Lake Turgoyak via a better resort or just on your own for a day, but don’t waste your hard-earned money and precious time staying at this pathetic place.

Pros: very tasty, varied food. (Really tasty). The rooms are clean (we took standard plus superior). Cleaning daily. Services are not forced. The staff is polite. The treatment is good. Cons: There is no leisure time. There is a gym (equipment includes balls and tennis). The events are not publicized, only announcements are made, and as a result, 3-4 people attend. Boring.

Magic lake, beautiful views, friendly staff. The course of sanatorium treatment is standard. There is a pool, it's great! Many excursions to wonderful places in the southern Urals. We went with my mother. The sanatorium does not have ramps and railings for older people everywhere; there are many steps. Not all rooms are yet comfortable and cozy, but the staff’s desire to make the lives of vacationers better is clear. Wonderful kitchen! Just choose rooms closer to the elevator if you are with an older person.

September. Far from a velvet season for a sanatorium. The rooms are cold. Between procedures rescue under a blanket. Own boiler room. But the problem of vacationers does not bother the administration of the sanatorium. If I go again, then only in the "battery" period.

Great holiday with children! Here you can improve your health and relax with your family! Personally, I really love the pool and Finnish sauna - unlimited visits! The best animators will provide you with a fun time: karaoke, dancing, games, educational show business programs! Great lunches at the restaurant! I highly recommend it to everyone!
